Only the launcher came and clicking on PLAY had absolutely no effect.

I was playing hard in the night and had to go to work in a few hours ) (game is addictingly good!) so I just turned off the PC the hard way via long held ON/OFF key.
Giving the game executable (only) admin rights results in the same as above with the launcher: Steam initialization failed.But then another message known to the community appears: Steam initialization failed. Giving the launcher (only) admin rights is cool bacause now the Survarium game splash comes and the game seems to load a bit more.Survarium_launcher.exe caused BREAKPOINT in module "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Survarium\temp\survarium_launcher.exe" at 0023:00034EBC Giving BattlEye (only) admin rights results in this directly after clicking PLAY in the launcher:.That brings a little bit progress but also results in (visible) errors: Played around with admin rights and the three game executables because it seems the game is just unable to pass over relevant data or start the other exe correctly.The standalone and steam relevant game folder content looks the same by size and quick file check.(I wanted to reinstall the game more often without waiting for the download.) In earlier times I remember Survarium was back upped together with the other games.

That even happens when game is freshly downloaded and the launcher was started to update the game. Steam File validation is not possible.Checking game version in the launcher always says the latest version of the game is installed.Then BattlEye is gone and steam does not detect the game as running anymore. The launcher disappears, Steam still shows the game as running (my steam name is still green/in-game), BattlEye gets started (saw it in Task Manager) and the mouse cursor shows activity after a few seconds for a few seconds. When the launcher is started via Steam, clicking PLAY results in nothing.You’ll need to fight for your own survival and find trustworthy adversaries to fight alongside you.
